POLLS WILL BE OPEN FROM 8 AM UNTIL 8 PM ON EACH AND EVERY ELECTION DAY

Candidate Listing by Party and Primary Election Results
We expect to post the first results about 9:30 pm on election night. Polls close at 8 pm. Poll workers must then tear down and clean up the polling place and balance their books before they begin the drive into the Adminstrative Building. Once they arrive here, we have to check in the supplies and prepare the ballots for counting. We will post the results every 3-4 precincts.

The Bonner County Elections Office will conduct a public demonstration of its ballot tabulating equipment on Friday, May 12 beginning at 10:00 am on the 3rd floor in Suite 337 of its office located at 1500 Highway 2 in Sandpoint.
Anyone is welcome to attend, but space is limited.
The tabulator will count a stack of approximately 350 ballots that have been pre-marked in a specific manner to test that every oval on each ballot type is being read properly. It takes approximately 20 minutes to count the ballots and run the reports showing the results.
